Kuglar Properties was founded in 2013 by husband-and-wife team Chad Garrell and Tina Kuga with one clear goal: Deliver professional, responsive property management that owners can actually afford.

Chad Garrell is the founder and Broker/Owner of Kuglar Properties, bringing a hands-on, client-first approach focused on protecting both your property and your bottom line. Chad holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), applying advanced business expertise to keep operations efficient and costs low.

Prior to founding Kuglar Properties, Chad co-founded a successful insurance agency, building a strong foundation in risk management. He holds both a Florida Real Estate Broker license and a Community Association Manager (CAM) license, offering dual expertise that larger firms often can't match at competitive rates.

Previously holding a senior leadership role at Universal Studios Florida, she managed complex operations at scale, learning how efficient systems reduce costs while improving quality. Tina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rollins College and applies that expertise every day to ensure low overhead and competitive rates without compromising service quality.
